Traditional Bakery
Because bread is at the heart of French tradition, and because we want to share it with you, we open the doors of our bakery to you!
You will be able to see, firsthand, how your future breads and pastries are made, and also get to know the producers of our raw materials. With them, we develop a trust contract, which is based on three essential principles:
Quality, Traceability and Sustainability.
Our Strengths
Transparency
In addition to communicating openly about our suppliers and our choice of raw materials, we work in an open workshop for total transparency!
Eco-responsibility
Food ecology is at the heart of our concerns. This is why we work hand in hand with local and committed suppliers and our packaging is biodegradable.
Tradition and Delicacy
We celebrate the art of French bread and bakery. We do this by using artisanal and traditional methods. We offer a limited selection for even more deliciousness!
Eco-responsibility
Among the elements of sustainability, in addition to respect for nature, there is respect for the work provided by the farmer. So we are careful to ensure that their remuneration is fair. Because we want to have them by our side for a long time! Transparency also means telling you that we will "only" make bread, pastries, and biscuits. No cakes, no ice cream, no sweets, no sandwiches... It's not that we don't like it, but we want to focus on one world and put our whole heart into it – and for us, that will be bread.
We produce our breads every day using natural sourdough and without additives, while trying to limit our impact on the environment as much as possible. To this end, we have chosen to select locally produced raw materials whenever possible, and according to environmentally friendly agricultural practices. This approach has also guided our investments in equipment, such as the oven, or for small equipment (fabric dough covers, bio-sourced plastic trays, etc.).
To avoid waste, we manufacture throughout the day, in small batches, as closely as possible to your requests. Finally, your loaves will be wrapped in recyclable kraft paper and you will soon be able to purchase on site a square of fabric made in France and specially chosen to improve the conservation of the loaves, always with the idea of achieving zero waste.
