Breads Throughout the Seasons

As you walk through the bakery door, you can discover breads made from different cereals, seeds or dried fruits, our pure butter pastries and our range of original biscuits.


All of our products are made with sourdough to enhance the flavor, but also to naturally improve the preservation of your products. It is important for us to offer you products that showcase our terroir and respect the seasons. So don't be surprised if our recipes evolve throughout the year, taking into account the availability of certain raw materials, the more or less abundant, early or late harvest of others. But who would want to eat the same thing all year round anyway? The team is here to guide and advise you. 

Our Manufacturing Process

All breads and pastries are made with sourdough and undergo long fermentation times. Most breads are offered by the slice for individual consumption and to limit food waste.
